1. Acceptance
By accessing or using GoMatch, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility — Adults Only
GoMatch is a video matching service for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to create an account or use the service. By using GoMatch you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Your Account
Matching on GoMatch requires an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information when registering, and notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
GoMatch exists for genuine one-on-one conversations between adults. You agree not to:
- Use the service for anything illegal, or to promote illegal activity.
- Harass, threaten, abuse, or demean other users.
- Expose other users to non-consensual sexual conduct or content.
- Attempt to obtain other users' personal or financial information.
- Impersonate another person, or misrepresent your identity or age.
- Record, capture, or redistribute other users' video or likeness without consent.
- Interfere with the operation of the service or other users' enjoyment of it.
Treat the person on the other side of the camera the way you would want to be treated. Other users can leave your conversation at any time and can report behavior that crosses a line.
5. Paid Features
GoMatch offers optional paid features, including an in-app wallet and VIP options. Any prices, terms, and conditions for those features are shown inside the product at the point of purchase. Payments are handled by our payment providers; please review the details presented there before you buy.
6. Content and Conduct
You are responsible for everything you say, show, and do during your matches. Content or conduct that violates Section 4 may result in suspension or termination of your account. We may act on reports at our discretion to protect users and the service.
7. Termination
You may stop using GoMatch at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, that create risk for other users, or where required by law.
8. Disclaimers
GoMatch is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome from matching — including who you will be matched with, or that any conversation will meet your expectations. Other users are independent individuals; we are not responsible for their conduct, though we provide in-app reporting so concerns can be reviewed.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoMatch (gomatch.chat) is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including interactions with other users. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the period giving rise to the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its "last updated" date. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
